-I have the right to deny any client for any reason.
-I prohibit my art being used for any AI, NFT's, or crypto.
-I won't start till at least half is paid upfront.
-I accept payment through PayPal, cashapp, and venmo.
-If you pay through PayPal, sending it as friends and family would be appreciated (just so I can get the full amount) However I’m 100% aware scams have been caused from this so I won’t make a big deal out of it for obvious reasons.
-I will update you and check in for possible changes.
-I won't make changes once I finish the flat coloring.
-No refunds once the work is finished.
-My life is currently unpredictable which means comms could take me a week, to up to a month. Possibly longer.
-No reselling characters or art to anyone blacklisted.
-Anything commissioned is for PERSONAL use only! (At this time)
-Don’t rush me. I don’t accept higher payment in order to get the work done faster. I like working at my pace for my mental sake.
-I own all rights to the artwork. I’m allowed to post them, and use them as examples for future commissioners. (If it’s a gift for someone lmk ahead of time and I’ll hold off public posting till it’s given to them)My TOS can change without warning.
